CPM playing double standards: Pillai

KOZHIKODE: Alleging that the CPM is playing double standards on Mullaperiyar, Kerala Congress(B) leade r and former minister R Balakrishna Pillai demanded that the CPM Politburo should explain its stand on the issue to the people of the state.“CPM’s MP of Coimbatore says that the state should wait till the decision from the Supreme Court comes. Meanwhile, CPM leaders in Kerala are pitching for a new dam in Kerala and are carrying out agitation.CPM Politburo is not at all concerned with the threat posed by the dam or the worry of the people,” Balakrishna Pillai said.
