Comedian and actress, Shreya Bugde posted a group photo of the current staff of the show, thanking the audience for their immense love and care for 10 years.

Chala Hawa Yeu Dya is one of the longest-running Marathi comedy shows on Zee Marathi. The show opens with comedian Nilesh Sable’s comic monologues followed by comedy sketches by recurring performers like Kushal Badrike, Shreya Bugde, Bharat Ganeshpure, and others. It has now completed its 10 years. The show is expected to go off-air after this season.

Currently, the 10th season of the show is going on with various noted comedians exiting the show. However, the post which was done with noble intentions came under the radar of critics after the fans noticed that comedian Nilesh Sable was absent from the photo.

Recently, comedian Kushal Badrike penned an emotional note in which he narrated his journey on the show and thanked the makers for giving him an opportunity in the Chala Hawa Yeu Dya show. Now, in the series of comedians expressing gratitude for all the love that the show received, Shreya Bugde wrote, “Completion of the decade, 10 years and still counting,” while uploading a group photo. She called the audience, the ‘Mother And Father’ as their love was always unconditional for the show. While the fans congratulated the team for completing a 10-year milestone, some didn’t like the fact that Nilesh Sable and other noted comedians were absent from the photo.

Nilesh Sable was the heart of the show, said some fans pointed as they pointed out his absence in the uploaded group photo. According to reports, Nilesh quit the show a few days ago. Kushal Badrike has already joined a Hindi comedy show, Madness Machayenge which airs on Sony TV. “Nilesh and Sagar are missing ?? What is this they should’ve been at least called for this one show. Sad,” wrote one of the users in the comment section of the post.

The makers have still not announced if the show is going off-air or not. As per reports, the shooting of Chala Hawa Yeu Dya has been called off but it is unclear whether this is a break or a final pack-up. The current season will reportedly go off-air on March 17.
