BANGALORE: Three persons, including two women, ended their lives in separate incidents in the city. Rukmini (21), a resident of Muneshwara Layout in Laggere, hanged herself at her residence on Tuesday morning.She was married to Dhananjay, a daily wage worker, about three years ago and had a two-year-old daughter.He had gone for work on Monday night and found his hanging when he returned home on Tuesday morning.The reason for the suicide is yet to be ascertained, said Rajagopalanagar police, who have registered a case.In another incident, Fathima Anjum (19), a native of Hoskote, hanged herself at her residence in Someshwaranagar in Siddapura police limits on Monday night.She was married to Masood, an autorickshaw driver, just six months ago.It is suspected that dowry harassment led to her suicide.Further investigations are on.In yet another incident reported in K R Layout in J P Nagar police station limits, Abhishek Sharma (27), a native of Chhattisgarh and an employee of a private bank, hanged himself.On Sunday, he had called his parents.After that he had not answered their calls and they asked his colleagues to check what had happened.His colleagues came to his room on Tuesday afternoon and found him hanging.Though the exact reason for suicide is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected that love failure could have led him to take the extreme step, the police said.
