The last tweet, before the one he sent after becoming the CEO of Microsoft was back in July 12, 2010. Soon after the CEO announcement was made, Nadella Twitter profile was updated and a display picture added. Twitter also verified his account soon after. In his first tweet after four years, @satyanadella said, "first commitment as CEO...i won't wait 4 years between tweets!".
