Before starting a workout, warm up and perform stretching exercises for at least 20 minutes. Moreover, once the workout is done, one should perform some more stretching exercises for 10 minutes. Stretching helps in improving the blood circulation and makes the muscles stronger.
Overweight people should do cardio exercises for minimum 20 minutes post workout. Don’t train empty stomach in the morning. Always feed yourself with Protein Shake of minimum 30 gm serving.
Weight training should be done at least five days a week for maximum 45 minutes each session. Don’t over train. Over training can be defined as training for more than one hour at one point of time.
During weight training, most people lift more weight than what is ideal for them. In doing so, they end up damaging their joints and backbone. The correct method is to go for strict wraps and lift small weights. Moreover, most people take help to lift weights which is the wrong method because a proper workout does not require help in lifting weights.
It is wrong for women to concentrate only on cardio and not focus on weight training. For an effective body transformation, weight training is extremely important as it will make you look leaner and your muscles will become stronger. Therefore, 30 minutes of cardio should be accompanied by 30-40 minutes of weight training.
