There are rewards galore for the best racers in Need for Speed, and these come in the form of racking up achievements that you can show off to your friends and create a commanding reputation among them. These achievements include such things as speed records, records of races won, etc. However, since such achievements are of not of much use if you keep them to yourself, there are different ways to show them off in different versions of the NFS.

Steps

Showing Off Achievements in Need for Speed World (PC)

Launch Need for Speed World. You can launch the game from the Start menu or desktop, if you created a shortcut there during setup.

Log into your account. Enter your username and password into the fields provided, and click “Sign in.” After logging in, NFSW will initiate an update. As soon as NFSW has finished downloading and installing all the required updates from the Internet, a dialog box with a “Play” button will appear.

Enter the NFSW world in Free Roam mode. Click on the “Play” button, and press “Enter” or any other key to start. This will load and display your NFSW profile details. Click “Enter World” to enter the NFS World in Free Roam mode. Free Roam is a mode in the game (and most other modern NFS titles) that allows you to tour the racing world to find races or other drivers.

Hit “I” on your keyboard to open the NFSW Achievements screen. Alternatively, you can click the “Achievements” button (the one that resembles a “D”) at the top of the NFSW window.

View your achievements. On the Achievements screen, click the drop-down list at the top right, and select “COMPLETED.”This will display a log of all achievements you have completed in the game to that point.

Show off your achievements. To show off an Achievement, drag its badge from the log to an open slot at the top right-hand corner of the screen. The Achievement will now be visible on your driver profile throughout NFS World.

Showing Off Achievements in Need for Speed Underground 2 (PC)

Launch the game. Click Start >> All Programs >> EA Games >> Need for Speed Underground 2. You can also start it by double-clicking the Need for Speed: Underground 2 shortcut from the desktop, if you created it there during game setup.

Resume your Career Mode game. Press Enter once the game loads. This will display the Main Menu. Choose “Career” on the game’s Main Menu and select “Resume Career” by pressing Enter. This will launch the Career Mode menu.

View your achievements. Scroll rightwards (Right Arrow key) and select “View Rewards.” This will open the Reward Options screen. On this screen, you can open three categories of achievements: Magazines, DVD Covers, and Signed Sponsors. Select the category you want using the Left and Right Arrow keys.

Grab screenshots of your achievements. When the category you want to show off is selected, press “Print Screen” on your keyboard to capture a screenshot of it.

Save the screenshot. Return to Windows by pressing the “Windows key” or “Control+Escape” on your keyboard. Open Microsoft Paint by clicking Start button >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Paint. Press CTRL + V to paste your screenshot. Press CTRL + S. This will open the Save dialog box. After selecting your storage location on the dialog box then click “Save.”

Show off your achievements. You can now show off your NFSU2 achievement by emailing your friends the screenshot, or by posting it on your social media, e.g., Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Showing Off Achievements in Need for Speed Carbon (PC)

Launch the game. You can do this by clicking its icon from the Start menu (Start Button >> All Programs >> Electronic Arts >> Need for Speed Carbon), or double-clicking its shortcut icon from the desktop if its icon is present there.

View the main menu. When the game finishes loading, press Enter to display the main menu.

Access the Rewards screen. On the main menu, scroll rightwards (Right Arrow key) and select “Rewards.” This will open the Rewards screen, which displays the different things you have achieved in NFS Carbon in small icons.

Take a screenshot of the Rewards page. To do this, press “Print Screen” on your keyboard.

Show off your achievements. You can now show off your NFSU2 achievement by emailing your friends the screenshot, or by posting it on your social media, e.g., Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
