Assassin's Creed 2 is a 2009 action-adventure video game set in 15th century Italy. The game was developed by Ubisoft and published for the Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3, PC and Mac. As you are struck by enemies or fall from high places, you lose health squares, so healing is an important part of survival in the game. Finding a Doctor on the Map

Pause the game and select "Map" from the menu. You can also tap the "quick map" button, the location of which varies according to the game's platform: the Select button on PlayStation 3, Back button on Xbox 360, and Tab key on Mac and PC.

Zoom in on a city to find doctor icons. Doctors are represented by "cross" icons, which can be found in several locations within and surrounding most cities. You can select a specific doctor as your target travel destination by selecting his corresponding icon on the map. This places a guiding arrow on the mini-map, pointing you to his location.

Purchasing Healing and Medicine from a Doctor

Approach a doctor and speak to him. This will bring up a menu with options such as "Heal" and "Medicine."

Doctor locations are not always convenient when you are in need of healing, which is usually when you are on a mission being pursued by enemies. Thus, while medicine pouches cost more and heal less, they allow the player to cure themselves mid-battle.

Buying a Medicine Pouch from a Tailor

Approach a tailor and speak to the shopkeeper. Tailors are represented by "spool of thread" icons on the map.

Select "Pouches" from the menu. You begin the game with a Small Medicine Pouch, which carries 5 vials. You can buy a Medium Medicine Pouch which holds 10 vials for 3000 florins and a Large Medicine Pouch which holds 15 vials for 6,000 florins.
