‘Good Film With A Raw Feel:’ Darshan On Abishek Ambareesh’s Bad Manners
Darshan released Bad Manners’ trailer at a grand event last week.

The upcoming Kannada film Bad Manners is gearing up for its theatrical release on November 24, 2023. The movie is directed by Duniya Soori and features actors like Rachita Ram, Sharath Lohitashwa, Niranjan and Abishek Ambareesh in lead roles. Bad Manners has now received its first review. Recently, a special screening of Bad Manners was held. The entire cast and crew of the film attended the event. South star Darshan too graced the screening with his presence. After the show, Darshan interacted with the media. He said, “It’s a good film which has a raw feel about it. I see a lot of improvement in Abishek Ambareesh in this film, compared to his 1st film. He is a grown-up kid now. The young Rebel we saw in the 1st film of his, we will now get to see a ‘pukka’ Rebel Star in the 2nd film.” Darshan’s review has been going viral on social media. Not only this, he rated the film five out of five.

Last week, Darshan released Bad Manners’ trailer at a grand event. The trailer launch was held on Diwali evening, November 12. It garnered a lot of attention. Talking about the movie, Darshan thanked the director for making such a film. He also noted that Duniya Soori’s movies have a unique pattern. “His previous movies have been about the drug menace. And now, Bad Manners throws light on the gun culture,” said Darshan at the event. He further said that Duniya Soori made a “brilliant attempt” to showcase the nexus between youth and the gun culture in Bad Manners.

Darshan even spoke about Abishek Ambareesh at the launch. He said that the actor will be seen in a completely new avatar. Darshan noted, “When compared to Abhishek Ambareesh’s first film Amar (2019), he has changed a lot as an actor. His acting skills, mannerisms, and the way he carried himself as an actor are a treat to watch. Soori presented him quite well.”

Bad Manners’ trailer launch event was also attended by actors Vinod Prabhakar, Dhanveer Gowda, Ravichandran’s younger son Vikram and Abishek Ambareesh’s wife Aviva Bidapa.
