Whenever we ask children about what they aim to become in life, they usually mention their favourite profession. The most common answer you will hear from them is that they want to become doctors or army officials. By the time they grow old, they understand that to reach the dream, requires significant hard work. In this article, we will talk about a girl, who dressed as a doctor and went to a hospital to live her dreams.
The 19-year-old girl, Kreuena Zdrafkova, is a resident of West London and dreamt of being a doctor since childhood. She never attended any medical school. To live her dream, she dressed like a doctor and went to Ealing Hospital. There, she introduced herself as Dr Christina and closely kept an eye on the hospital operations examined the instruments and also attended the visiting ambulances.
As per reports, she also gave medication to some patients. Later, it was proved the medications did not affect the patient’s health. A hospital CCTV footage shows her administering a syringe of an unknown substance into the mouth of a patient. The substance was not harmful. She was arrested by the police after the authority noticed unnatural behaviour closely reading the CCTV footage. Kreuena was caught on the second day of her short span of living her dream. She was handed over to police on the same day.
The girl reportedly did this several times before she was caught. Kreuena’s lawyer explained that she was doing so to live her dream before becoming a doctor. The lawyer mentioned in the court that is she a migrant who tried to fulfil her dream by posing as a doctor without the intention to harm anyone.
The court sentenced her to 12 months of probation and 15 days in rehabilitation. Adding to it, she was also reportedly banned from entering any National Health Service facility except in cases of health emergency.
