OnePlus 9 Series Phones Now Receiving Stable Android 14-Based Oxygen OS 14 In India
OnePlus, after making the stable Oxygen OS 14 builds available for the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 10 series, has now brought the latest Android 14 to its OnePlus 9 phones.

If you own a OnePlus 9 series phone in India, such as the OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, or the OnePlus 9RT in India, there’s good news for you as you will be happy to know that the company has started rolling out the stable Oxygen OS 14 build based on Android 14.

As spotted by MySmartPrice, this update is only available for OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, and OnePlus 9RT users who had signed up to receive the Closed and Open Beta versions of this update. That said, this stable update will be rolled out to all users once it is ascertained that it doesn’t contain any bugs soon.

“This build will be firstly pushed directly to users who participated in the Close Beta and Open Beta versions, and then it’ll be gradually pushed to more users,” OnePlus notes in the community forum.

Oxygen OS 14: What Is New

This major update brings a plethora of new features for OnePlus 9 series owners, including a new File Dock, new ringtones, Fluid Cloud, an improved shelf experience, updates to the Aquamorphic design, and the brand also notes that there are also system stability and smoothness updates with the new version.

Before you update, ensure that your battery level is above 30%, or just to be safe, charge it to above 50%. Also, make sure that there is 5GB of storage free on your device.
