The Chinese tech giant Honor has launched its latest smartphones, the Honor 100 and the Honor 100 Pro, as part of its Honor 100 series in its home country. Both devices are equipped with Snapdragon processors, a 5000mAh battery supporting 100W Honor SuperCharge, and many more features.
Honor 100 Pro, Honor 100: Price, Colour Options And Availability
The Honor 100 is priced starting at CNY 2,499 (around Rs 29,357.52) for the 12GB+256GB storage variant, and the Honor 100 Pro begins at CNY 3,399 (around 39,930.46) for the 12GB+256GB option. Pre-orders are now available, and the first sale is set for December 1.
The Honor 100 series offers four colour options — Moon Shadow White and Bright Black, featuring a glass finish, while Monet Purple and Butterfly Blue come with a leather finish.
Honor 100 Pro, Honor 100 Specifications
The Honor 100 comes with a 6.7-inch display, while the Honor 100 Pro offers a slightly larger 6.78-inch screen, both featuring quad-curved OLED panels. These displays provide a sharp 1.5K resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.
Under the hood, the Honor 100 is equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, while the Honor 100 Pro steps up with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Both models offer up to 16GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 512GB for the standard version to 1TB for the Pro model.
In terms of camera specifications, both the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro boast a 50MP primary camera and the Honor 100, on the other hand, features a dual-camera setup with a 12MP ultra-wide lens. Also, the Pro variant has a a triple-camera setup with a 32MP telephoto lens.
For selfies and video calls, the Honor 100 has a 50MP front camera, while the Pro version features a dual selfie camera – 50MP and a 2MP depth lens.
Both phones pack a robust 5000mAh battery supporting 100W Honor SuperCharge, and the Honor 100 Pro adds the convenience of 66W Wireless Honor SuperCharge. Running on MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, these smartphones support AI human-computer interaction.
