Ajith Kumar was in Dubai recently with his wife Shalini to ring in the new year. Various photos and videos from the trip went viral. Videos of Ajith dancing with a staffer in a hotel and the birthday celebrations of his daughter also surfaced. The most recent one which caught everyone’s attention is a fan recording a short video of Ajith walking. When the actor noticed it, he took the phone from the fan, deleted the video and then handed it back to him.

The video was posted on X, formerly known as Twitter. The caption read, “Are you taking video, eh? That’s right, here. Deleted.” The video has received more than 8 lakh views on the microblogging site. Fans were instantly reminded of yet another incident from 2021 when Ajith arrived at the Thiruvanmiyur polling booth with his wife during the Tamil Nadu assembly elections 2021. A huge crowd had gathered during the pandemic time to see the actor.

An unmasked fan from the crowd tried to click a selfie without the star’s permission, which left the actor irked and he lost his cool. He snatched the phone of the person.
