3:02 pm: The Coal Minister says it is not correct to say large number of files are missing. He says if we are unable to trace the files accountability will be fixed. The minister says that the CBI has requisitioned documents from the Coal Ministry and it would be wrong to call them files. So far 769 documents, files have been handed over to the CBI, 497 files have been handed over. He says only 7 files are remaining to be made available and the rest is copies of applications and connected papers.

Meanwhile, BJP MP Smriti Irani has moved a notice demanding suspension of question hour to raise the gangrape of a photojournalist in Mumbai. A 23-year-old photographer was allegedly gangraped by five men at Shakti Mill in Lower Parel of Central Mumbai on Thursday evening.
