On Saturday morning, Alia took to her Instagram handle and penned down a long note congratulating her “not so little Animal” for the success of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial.

Alia Bhatt mentioned that Ranbir Kapoor has left everyone blown away by his performance in Animal. While congratulating the actor, she also revealed their daughter Raha has taken her first step today. “For all that you are on and off camera. For the patience, silence and love you give your craft..& for the person you are to your family. For taking such huge strides as an artist..& for literally making our daughter take her first steps today.. For completely blowing us away your performance…& for making it all of the above look so easy Congratulations my not so little animal,” she wrote.

When Alia Bhatt Cheered For Ranbir Kapoor During Animal Screening

Recently, Alia Bhatt also attended the Animal special screening in Mumbai when she turned heads with a black blazer paired with black pants. However, it was her tee which stole the show. The actress gave a special shoutout to Ranbir by sporting a customised tee featuring Ranbir’s character from Animal. After watching the film, she also interacted with the paparazzi and called Animal “khatarnaak”.

All About Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal stars Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead. The film marks their first collaboration together. Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Tripti Dimri also play key roles in the film. The film revolves around a father and son’s toxic relationship. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given Animal an ‘A’ certificate. The film’s run time is 3 hours and 35 minutes. However, despite everything, the film broke several records and earned Rs 61 crore at the Indian box office on its opening day.
