UPSC Main Examination Result 2018 | The Union Public Service Commission on Thursday announced the results of the UPSC Main examination 2018. The Union Public Service Commission declared the results of the UPSC Main examination 2018 on its official website at upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC Main Exam 2018 was conducted during September-October.
The official statement says, “On the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2018 held by the Union Public Service Commission from 28th September to 7th October, 2018, the candidates with the under mentioned Roll Numbers have qualified for Personality Test for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’).”
The mark sheets of candidates who have not qualified will be put on the Commission's website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting personality test) and will remain available for 30 days, the notification added.
Personality test of the selected candidates is likely to commence from February 4, 2019 and will be held at the office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.
How to Check the UPSC Main Examination 2018 Results:
Step 1. Visit the official page of Union Public Service Commission at upsc.gov.in.
Step 2. Once the page opens, look for the link for ‘Written result (Main)’ on the right corner of the webpage.
Step 3. Click on the link. A new page opens with pdf carrying all the roll numbers of the selected candidates.
Step 4. Download the pdf and keep a print out of it for future reference.
