JAC demands Purandeswaris resignation

VISAKHAPATNAM: Union Minister of State for HRD, D Purandeswari faced an unpleasant situation as students of Samaikyandhra Joint Action Committee demanded her to quit her post in support of united Andhra on Saturday.While she was attending a stakeholders’ workshop on preparation of master plan and zonal development plans for Visakhapatnam- Kakinada Petroleum, Chemicals, Petro-chemicals Investment Region (PCPIR) at a hotel, a group of students raised slogans in support of united Andhra in front of the hotel.
