Educational fests to go online

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: IT@School has come up with a facility to make all the school-level Science, Mathematics, Social Science and IT festivals online. The entire educational fest would be made online using event management software thereby becoming the first state to do so.The online facility would provide the students to form the first-step of enrolling to availing of certificates of the winners. Pre-fair, fair, post-fair are the three modules that are included in the portal -www.schoolsasthrolsavam.in.In 2009-2010, the youth festival and in 2010-2011 academic year, school sports events were made online.
