HYDERABAD: The Bharat Sanchar Nigan Limited (BSNL), AP Telecom Circle launched a new scheme 'Vennela Match Plus' here on Wednesday under mobile pre-paid service. Speaking to newsmen, Rajiv Agarwal, chief general manager, BSNL, AP Circle, said Vennela Match Plus provides for all the plan features of Vennela Match like one paise per second.It also provides 200 local/national SMSes free per month for a period of six months. The first recharge is `800 which provides a full talk time which is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of activation, he said.Rajiv Agarwal said other features of 'Vennela' plan include concessional night calling and friends and family concession calling.The cost of SIM is Rs 20 for 2G and Rs 59 for 3G, he added. To add value to the existing mobile services, the BSNL has launched ‘Bharat Berry Services’ across the nation on Monday, Rajiv Agarwal said. Any handset having 3G, GPRS and Wi-Fi facility can be used by the customers, he said.Under the Berry Service presently two services were launched namely Push Mail Service and PIM Sync Service. Under the Push Mail Service customers can access his e-mail directly on his mobile instrument. The service can be subscribed by sending SMS to sub BB to 51123. The charges for the service are Rs 50 per month.Under PIM Sync Service, the service which is personal information module synchronization provides for saving of customer contacts, calendar, tasks and notes on Bharat Berry server and it is regular updation on the mobile. “The biggest advantage is that in case the customer losses his mobile, all contacts, tasks and notes can be downloaded from http// bsnl.bharatberry.com on to a new mobile instrument. The charges for the service is Rs 50 per month.It can be also activated by sending SMS Sub BB to 51123,” he said.
