One of the major concerns here is that is the large number of these clubs.“A large number of these clubs have come up in school, with many of them having almost the same functions. For instance there are schools which have an environment club and an eco club. Moreover, many clubs have their agendas overlapping with each other. For instance, both  health and the environment clubs are looking at awareness on hygiene, waste management and healthy lifestyle. Keeping this in mind we are looking at clubbing some of them to make the functioning more efficient,” said the DDE.first published:January 01, 1970, 05:30 ISTlast updated:January 01, 1970, 05:30 IST
