Whether your ice maker is countertop, under-counter, upright, or built into your refrigerator, you'll usually need its model number to get support, service, or replacement parts. On most countertop and standalone ice makers, the model number is on a sticker somewhere on the unit's exterior—typically on the back or top of the model. Things You Should Know

The model number for most countertop and standalone ice makers is typically on the rear panel or inside the ice bin.

Whirlpool
