The National College Athletic Association, or the NCAA, is a national nonprofit that helps regulate college athletes. Contacting them can be tough, as they are such a large organization. Fortunately, there are a few ways to get in touch with the football division of the NCAA, whether you are a student athlete or a member of the public.

Calling, Faxing, or Sending a Letter

Call 317-917-6222 to speak to a representative. If you’d like to get in contact with the NCAA right away, the fastest option is to call their national office. You can ask questions about student athlete eligibility, division classifications, or ticketing inquiries. The NCAA office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Send documents or letters to the NCAA's post office box. If you need to mail in documents or you are okay with waiting for a response, you can send a letter in the mail to their P.O. Box. If you have questions about you or your student’s eligibility to be in the NCAA, you can look through their frequently asked questions, or FAQ, on the website. You can find information on academic requirements, your NCAA ID number, and the different division classifications and eligibility.

Find NCAA schools by searching the directory. If you are curious about eligible schools near you or you want to find out which ones have a football program, look through the NCAA directory.
