Make sure Bixby is activated on your Galaxy. If you don’t already have the Bixby feature enabled, you can check out this article, and learn how to do it.
Say "Hi Bixby" to activate Bixby Voice. This will wake up Bixby, and activate your microphone for voice commands.
Press and hold the Bixby button on the side of your Galaxy's casing (optional). This is your Bixby button, located below the Volume buttons on the side. Holding this button down will activate Bixby Voice and allow you to give a voice command. Alternatively, press this button to go to your Bixby home page.
Speak out your voice command. You can ask Bixby to make a call, send a message, search the web, or save a note. If, for example, you need to call your mom, just say, "Hey Bixby, call Mom." As you speak your command, the words you speak will appear in the Bixby speech bubble at the bottom of the screen. Make sure to enunciate your words clearly so Bixby can transcribe your command accurately.
