How to Block Buyers on eBay in 7 Simple Steps
As an eBay user, you have the ability to block other eBay users you don’t want to do business with. The users you block will not have the ability to bid on your listings or buy from you, and will not be able to contact you about the listings you have posted. In addition to blocking specific users, you can also block all users who reside in specific states or countries. Follow the steps and methods outlined below to add users to your blocked list on eBay.
Steps

Type in the eBay username of the user you want block. Use the text box below "Blocked Bidder/Buyer list" to type the username of any users you want to block. If you are entering multiple eBay usernames, separate each name with a comma.

Click on Submit. It's below the text box at the bottom of the form. The eBay users you have blocked will no longer be able to contact you about your listings, and will no longer have the ability to buy or bid on your items. To unblock a user, follow steps 1 through 6 to return to your blocked user list. Delete a blocked user from the list and click Submit.
