Ingredients required for the dessert

1/2 cup of chia seeds

1/4 cup of tahini

1/4 cup of sunflower seeds

1/4 cup of honey

1/4 cup of ground flaxseed

2 tsp of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1/2 cup of flaked coconut

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

How to make the dessert?

The first step of the simple recipe includes combining 1/4 cup of tahini with honey and vanilla extract.

Make sure that the mixture becomes smooth. In the next step, add all the seeds in the mixture such that the mixture forms the texture of a sticky dough.

Secure the mixture in a banking sheet and freeze it for about an hour.

Pour peanut butter into the mixture and again freeze the mixture. (Note: Peanut butter can be replaced by any nut butter of your preference)

While the mixture is freezing, melt the chocolate chip and add it to the top of the peanut butter layer of the mixture. Pour and evenly spread it on the mix. (Note: Chocolate chip can be replaced by any dark chocolate of your preference)

Make sure that the melted chocolate doesn’t mix with the peanut chocolate layer and instead remains on top of it.

Freeze it overnight and enjoy the sweet dessert the next day.
