The disagreement seemingly stemmed from an accidental step on the shoes.

Heated arguments and physical altercations among commuters within the Delhi Metro have sadly become a frequent occurrence. Instances escalate and even turn violent, with individuals resorting to kicking and punching. A viral video capturing a verbal dispute between two young men has now surfaced on social media platforms. The disagreement seemingly stemmed from an accidental step on one another’s shoes.

Both egg each other to fight but no one lifts a finger. At some point, a person sitting near the two quarrelling men gets up from his seat and moves away from them. Interestingly despite the fighting, both men continue to stand close to each other. The boy who claimed to be from Jamunapar can be seen in a black shirt, while the person from South Delhi is in the white T-shirt. Video of this quarrel was shared on X by a popular account called account Ghar Ke Kalesh. The clip was captioned, “Kalesh b/w a Two Guys inside Delhi Metro over Push and Shove, Jamnapaar vs South Delhi.” So far this video has over 70,000 views.

While many were entertained by the quarrel, many also speculated that the exchange sounded scripted. People also pointed out that the person who recorded this video was standing too close to the men, despite this neither of the men expressed discomfort about being filmed this closely. An X user commented, “Show me you are from Delhi without telling me you are from Delhi.”

Another person remarked, “The guy in the white has a wonderful life to look forward to! While the guy in the black has nothing! So stay away from the people like those! They’ll hurt you because they have nothing.”

An X user even called the video “fake fighting”.

Someone else said, “Two struggling actors, working the script.”

An X user wrote, “Bhaii yeh metro me cameraman fix kar rakha hai kya Jo sabse badiya angle se shoot karta hai har video ko (Bhai, is there a fixed cameraman in the metros who takes all such videos from the best angle?)”

Many people also pointed out that the clip reminded them of a similar verbal fight scene between Akshaye Khanna and Aftab Shivdasani from the film Hungama.
