Watch: Phone Snatcher Hangs Off Moving Train Window For 1 Km After Stealing Attempt Fails
This unusual scene unfolded following an alleged phone-snatching attempt at a station in Bihar.

Many of us have encountered or heard stories of being victims of snatching. While any snatching or robbery experience is unpleasant, the best part of it is when you get to catch the culprit. Passengers travelling on a train in Bihar had a similar experience when a phone snatcher received his due justice right after his snatching attempt in a very unexpected way. A video of the incident has now gone viral.

In the video, a man can be seen hanging from the window of a train as it keeps moving through the track. It happened as the man allegedly failed to run away after a phone-snatching attempt.

According to the caption of the video, the snatcher was caught by the passenger himself. The accused kept hanging from the window of the moving train for about one kilometre.

Shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the caption of the post read, “The snatcher who was running away after snatching the passenger’s phone from the moving train was caught by the passenger and kept hanging from the window of the train for about 1 km.”

The Internet users were quick to drop their reactions in the comment box. A person said, “It is very important to learn the bad consequences of bad actions.”

Another noted, “People will surely get some lesson after seeing this. No one in his family will do this work again. Only the person himself knows his condition whose phone they run away with. Many heartbroken people even push such people from the moving vehicle.”

“Bihar is now becoming a stronghold of thieves and labourers,” an individual remarked.

One of the comments even read, “Very good, such people should be taught such a lesson. But the guard should have taken cognisance, stopped the train and handed him over to GRP as this also involves human rights.”

Do you also think the phone snatcher should have been handed over to the GRP (Government Railway Police) instead?

What's your reaction?
