The spiced aloo mixture is then added to the dough, rolled out like a standard paratha. Yet, the ‘surprises’ don’t end there, as she opts to cook the paratha using vodka instead of the usual oil or ghee. The end result? A spicy paratha infused with the unmistakable taste of vodka, ready to be served.
