Watch: Rubina Dilaik's Postpartum Journey Is An Inspiration For New Moms

Rubina Dilaik stepped into motherhood with the arrival of twin girls in November 2023. She is now inspiring others with her postpartum fitness journey. The actress, who has consistently maintained an active lifestyle, recently shared a glimpse into her transformed life, proudly showcasing her dedication to fitness through a quick video of her workout routine. Despite the initial mockery, Rubina boldly expressed her pride in prioritising health and mindfulness.

Rubina Dilaik shared a photo and a video documenting her transformation journey. In the photo, she combined her pre and post-pregnancy pictures, while the video showcased her performing various exercises alongside her trainer. In the caption, she revealed that she began her postnatal yoga journey just 10 days after her C-section. Additionally, she mentioned resuming swimming sessions and reintegrating Pilates into her fitness routine.

Accompanying the video, Rubina Dilaik captioned the post, “People laughed when I said, my body is my temple (but it didn’t bother me). Just because of this awareness, I could easily transition from this life-transforming journey of my pregnancy into Postpartum as I was mindful of my body and its worth. Your body is what will carry you till your last day on Earth, worship it (fast forward from November 2023 to January 2024).”

Rubina further mentioned, “PS:- 10th day after my C-section, I began postnatal yoga, 15th day I went for my swimming session, 33rd day joined back my Pilates at Jyoti Patil class and 36th day attempted headstand without support, and yes I am proud of myself.”

Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla joyfully welcomed their twin babies on the occasion of Gurupurab on November 27, 2023. They lovingly named their twin daughters Eedha and Jeeva. In one of her vlogs on YouTube, Rubina shared the meanings behind her babies’ names. She explained that Eedha signifies prosperity, while Jeeva means lifeline. She further revealed that immediately after their birth, they decided to name the elder one Eedha and the younger one Jeeva.
