Bigg Boss Marathi 5's Arbaz Patel On His Bonding With Nikki Tamboli: 'If It Was For Game…'

Bigg Boss Marathi Season 5, the Riteish Deshmukh-hosted controversial reality show has been creating a significant buzz on social media due to its never-ending drama and fight between the contestants. One of the key highlights of this season was actor Arbaz Patel’s romantic relationship with co-contestant Nikki Tamboli which grabbed many eyeballs. While Arbaz was recently eliminated from the show, Nikki is still in the race to bag the winner’s trophy of BB Marathi 5.

However, looking at Nikki and Arbaz’s bonding inside the BB house, several users believed it was fake and was part of their game plan. Recently, while talking to Times Now, Arbaz opened up about his relationship dynamics with the Bigg Boss 14 2nd runner-up.

He said, “Well, agar yeh game ke liye hota, toh jab jab Bhau (Riteish Deshmukh) ke dhakke par mujhe bola jata tha ki ‘Arbaz tu tera individual game khel,’ ya Bhau ka aa kar bolna ki ‘tu toh ek cover up dikh raha hai’ and all, toh agar game ke liye hota toh koi bhi insaan game ke liye bura dikhna nahi chahega. Usko farak padega ki arre bahar meri aisi image jaa rahi hai, toh game ke liye hota toh main change kar leta. Par sach toh yeh hai ki woh game ke liye nahi tha. (If it had been for the game, I would have changed it long ago. Even Bhau asked me to play individual games; that I am looking like a cover and so on; nobody likes to present their bad image in front of the viewers. But the reality is, it wasn’t for the game).”

Arbaz went on to add, “When you spend so much time with someone within the house, you take a stand for them when the other housemates are against you, so you come close and it was real.”

Furthermore, the evicted Bigg Boss Marathi 5 contestant shared that it’s too soon to comment on what they feel about each other as they didn’t get to explore much inside the house. “I already told her that I don’t know whether, after going outside, you will accept your feelings for me or not. Whether your people or your feelings for me will be accepted or not. But as long as I am with you, as long as I am in front of you, I will give you importance,” he stated.

The top eight contestants of Bigg Boss Marathi 5 are Abhijeet Sawant, Nikki Tamboli, Suraj Chavan, Janhavi Killekar, Dhananjay Powar, Varsha Usgaonkar, Paddy Kamble and Ankit Walawalkar. The season’s grand finale will reportedly premiere on October 6.
