Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 series is launching in India this week, making it the first big launch of 2024 along with one more brand on the same day. Redmi Note has been Xiaomi’s popular model in the country for years and it will be hoping to continue the trend with the new Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro lineup as well. The new models have been extensively teased on social media in recent weeks and we have seen them launch in China giving us a closer look at the make and build of the devices.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Series Launch: Price In India Expected
Redmi Note 13 series is launching in India on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Xiaomi is expected to bring all the models to the country, which includes the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ this year.
As for the pricing, the Redmi Note 13 series could get a starting price of Rs 15,999 for the base model, going to Rs 19,999 for the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Rs 24,999 for the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ models.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 India Launch: Expected Features
Redmi Note 13 models sport an AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate screen. The phones use a mix of Qualcomm and MediaTek Dimensity 5G chipsets, with up to 12GB RAM. It seems Xiaomi will offer the phones with the Android 13-based MIUI 14 version out of the box, which will be disappointing. But the good news is that Xiaomi is bringing its new HyperOS version to the Indian market, which, hopefully will also roll out for the new Redmi Note models.
Once again, the biggest difference between these three phones will be in the cameras. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is likely to feature a 200MP primary rear sensor along with two more versatile sensors. The other two phones could feature a 100MP main rear camera. In addition to this, the Pro+ model could have a 5000mAh battery with support for 120W charging speed out of the box.
