Xiaomi Mi6 to Launch Soon: All You Want to Know

Xiaomi Mi 6, the successor to Mi5, is expected to be unveiled in a few days. Here is what we know about the Xiaomi smartphones till now.

It is being said that Xiaomi Mi6 will start retailing at 2,199 Yuan (or $318.46). Mi6 Plus will also launch alongside and it is likely to start at 2,699 Yuan (or $390.87)

According to various leaks, other features of the Xiaomi Mi 6 include Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS alongside an unreleased version of MIUI. It is expected to feature a 5.1-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixel) display.

In terms of camera, the Mi 6 is tipped to sport a 12-megapixel rear camera with 4K video recording support and an 8-megapixel selfie camera capable of 4K recording.

The Mi 6 Plus flagship smartphone from Xioami could feature a Quad HD 2K OLED display with dual curved edges and dual rear cameras.

Both the Mi6 and Mi6 Plus are expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and will be equipped with Qualcomm's Quick Charge 4.0 technology for fast charging support. The bigger Mi 6 Plus is likely to house a chunky 4,00mAh battery.
