Sharp brought a 8K display technology to CES 2015 in January, and the new LV-85001 will be a world first when it is made commercially available in Japan.
Current plans, however, are that the TV will be sold business to business instead of at retail, at a price that AV Watch believes to be JP¥16,000,000 (about US$133,000).
