New Delhi: Long-standing rumours about two Nexus smartphones coming this year has now been reiterated by latest revelations coming from serial tipster @OnLeaks aka Steve Hemmerstoffer.

It has been now been a widely acknowledged and accepted speculation that Google is partnering with not one but two smartphone manufacturers this year, Huawei and LG, for its upcoming Nexus smartphone.

Other than earlier revelations, the latest leaks show detailed blueprints of the purported device coming from China-based Huawei. The renders show the next Huawei-Google Nexus 6 with the same rear fingerprint scanner as expected in the upcoming LG Nexus 5.

A report on USwitch Tech notes that the leaked design also shows off a 5.7-inch screen. However, sources also point at two different sizes currently being tested by Huawei - a 5.5-inch display and a 5.7-inch display. It is unclear which size would exactly make it to the final design.

The Huawei-made Nexus 6 will measure roughly 159.4mm high and 78.3mm wide (including side buttons). It will be also 6.6mm thick but 8.5mm at its thickest point.

After MacBook and recently OnePlus 2, the upcoming Huawei-made Nexus 6 is also expected to feature the latest reversible USB Type-C port for charging and output. With the recent release of Android M, the upcoming Nexus smartphones are expected to be the first handsets to run the latest Google operating system.

The blueprints further hint at a completely metal construction in possibly a dark colour. The all-new Nexus smartphones are expected to be unveiled in October or November.
