Dell is now upgrading its enterprise lineup with the latest Snapdragon x processor which offers AI-centric features and tools.

Dell has introduced the Latitude 7455 laptop in India this week. Designed for enterprise use, this laptop features Copilot+ capabilities integrated with Windows 11. It is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Arm processors, the Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus.

The laptop is compatible with AI functions like Live Captions and Cocreator, which are meant to increase user productivity. Up to 22 hours of local video playback are allegedly possible with this laptop. It boasts an aluminium chassis and up to 1TB of inbuilt storage in addition to up to 32GB of RAM.

Dell Latitude 7455 starts at Rs 1,49,990 in India and is currently available for purchase on the Dell India website. The laptop is available in Titan Grey and should be sold through e-commerce platforms and retail outlets around the country.

The 14-inch Quad-HD+ (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) IPS touchscreen anti-glare display on the recently released Dell Latitude 7455 has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 400 nits of peak brightness and ComfortView Plus Low Blue Light certification. The laptop comes with an Adreno 740 GPU and two processor options: the Snapdragon X Plus and the Snapdragon X Elite. It comes with up to 1TB of SSD storage and up to 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM.

The laptop has support for Copilot+ AI features, and it is claimed that the neural processing unit (NPU) would improve the laptop’s overall performance. Users can utilise Live Captions to translate live or pre-recorded speech from a selection of 44 languages to English, or they can use Cocreator to make AI graphics based on prompts. During a video call, users can also alter the lighting or filters with the use of the Windows Studio effects.

The Dell Latitude 7455 has a Full-HD IR camera, quad speakers with Qualcomm Aqstic Speaker Max technology, and Neural Noise Cancellation, which is said to enhance the video calling experience. The laptop has a 54Wh battery that can be charged via a USB Type-C port with a 65W AC adapter.

It weighs 1.44kg and has dimensions of 314 x 16.9 x 223.75mm. Furthermore, Wi-Fi 7, 5G, and Bluetooth 5.4 are additional connectivity options for the Dell Latitude 7455. The laptop comes with two USB Type-C USB 4.0 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 connector, one universal audio jack, and one microSD card reader.
