Apple Watch Users Warned Against Installing This Update: Here’s The Reason
Apple has faced similar device bricking issues in the past few months and now Apple Watch users are affected as well.

Apple is having a tough time with new updates lately and this one is affecting Apple Watch models. The company has been forced to halt the watchOS 11.1 beta 3 update as many users complained about their device freezing and were compelled to apply force restart.

This is not the first instance of an Apple device freezing after a new update recently. In fact, the Apple iPad Pro M4 model faced similar issues with an update in September. Many iPad Pro M4 users complained about bricking issues, which basically make the iPad Pro unusable. The difference in the watchOS issue is that it is beta version, which generally throws up issues and people are warned about installing them before hand.

The intriguing part about the issue was that Apple had to pause the iPadOS 18 roll out only for those using the M4 iPad Pro, the worst affected by the version.

Coming back to the bricking watchOS 11.1 beta version, Apple has not officially acknowledged the issue but it is likely that we might see the next beta update sooner than expected to fix this major bricking issue.

There are some affected users who tried to restart their iPad Pro M4, so even the Apple Watch user might have to head over to the nearest Apple Store and see if those folks can do something about the problem.

What's your reaction?
