New Delhi: The month-long winter session of Parliament will start from November 22, it was announced in New Delhi on Thursday.
"The 9th session of the 15th Lok Sabha will commence on Tuesday, November 22," the Lok Sabha secretariat said.
The President has summoned the Rajya Sabha to meet on Tuesday, November 22, the Rajya Sabha secretariat said.
Subject to exigencies of business, the winter session is scheduled to conclude on December 21.
The winter session is expected to take up several crucial legislations including the Food Security Bill, the Lok Pal Bill and the Citizens Right to Grievance Redress Bill.
