Patna: Two Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders on May 7 had filed separate cases against Priyanka Gandhi for her "neech rajniti (low level of politics) barb against BJP's PM pick Narendra Modi during election campaign. Both the cases will be heard on May 19 in Bihar.
Bihar BJP's General Secretary Surajnandan Mehta filed a case in the court of Patna Chief Judicial Magistrate Rama Kant Yadav alleging that her remark not only insulted Modi, but the remarks would promote enmity between different communities groups and lead to breach of peace.
