New Delhi: There seems to be no end to the politics over ink attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has dismissed claims that a police constable was asked by Kejriwal's PA to get off stage.
The party has ruled out reports that a police constable on Kejriwal's security was asked to get off the stage by the PA of the Chief Minister before the ink attack.
AAP has also dared Delhi Police chief BS Bassi to name the constable, insisting that police did not provide adequate security to Kejriwal.
Party MLA Somnath Bharti termed the claim as weird and awkward.
He said, "Someone breaking the Z+ security circle and attacking a CM is a huge mistake. As the report suggests, if the cops are saying that they went away as CM's PA asked them to leave, it is weird and awkward if cops are taking indications from a PA."
