Two days after grandly celebrating his 58th birthday, Shah Rukh Khan responded to all those who sent him birthday wishes on social media. On Saturday night, King Khan thanked his friends and colleagues on the microblogging site X. SRK not only called his Jawan co-star Ridhi Dogra ‘mom’ but also responded to the behind-the-scenes picture that Atlee dropped.
“Thank u mom!! Ha ha. Bless u,” Shah Rukh Khan wrote as he responded to Ridhi’s birthday post for the actor. “Happiest and healthiest birthday to the best of the best! @iamsrk,” she had written. For the unversed, Ridhi Dogra played the role of Shah Rukh Khan’s mother in Jawan.

On the other hand, Jawan director Atlee had dropped a behind-the-scenes photograph from the sets in which he was seen posing with Shah Rukh Khan. Reacting to the same, SRK wrote, “Oh wow you look way better than me sir. Love u and thank u sir”.

Released in September this year, Jawan also starred Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone in key roles. The film was widely loved by all and crossed the Rs 1100 crore mark at the global box office. Several celebrities including Karan Johar, Allu Arjun, SS Rajamouli, Kangana Ranaut, Sidharth Malhotra, Tiger Shroff and Ameesha Patel among others also praised the Shah Rukh Khan starrer. The film is now also streaming on Netflix. It was released on the OTT platform on Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday a few days back.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in Dunki. The film will hit theatres on December 22, 2023. Besides this, SRK is also likely to make a special appearance in Tiger 3 in the same way that Salman Khan’s Tiger appeared in Pathaan. Shah Rukh Khan is also likely to come together with Salman Khan for a film titled Tiger Vs Pathaan.
