Salman Khan is undoubtedly one of the top stars in Indian cinema today in terms of fan following. He has often put his influence to use by going out of his way to promote the films of other fellow actors. Time and again, Salman has always pushed new and promising talent to the forefront. A recent example of this was when Salman Khan attended the trailer launch of the upcoming Punjabi film Maujaan Hi Maujaan, starring Gippy Grewal.
The superstar unveiled the trailer for the comedy entertainer starring Gippy Grewal at a grand event held in Mumbai. With Salman’s name attached to any film, a massively loyal fanbase and a large chunk of the audience watch the content. Gippy Grewal expressed his gratitude to Salman Khan for launching the trailer and said, “The trailer of our film Maujaan Hi Maujaan was launched by Salman Khan, so now because of him a lot of people will watch our trailer. So when the content is right then it has to be promoted through the right person, then the reach of that film gets better.”
The film, which is slated to release on October 20, has been directed by Smeep King. It is said to be a “blind, deaf and dumb” comedy. The story and the screenplay have been scripted by Vaibhav and Shreya. The music has been handled by Avvy Sra and Kulshan Sandhu along with Jatinder Shah who designed the background score and the title track.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is all set to entertain his fans and the audiences with his mega-budget action thriller Tiger 3 releasing this Diwali 2023. The film also features Katrina Kaif as she reprises the role of Pakistani spy Zoya who falls in love with Salman’s character and marries him over the course of the franchise. Salman will also be seen in Tiger Vs Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan.
