Salman Khan came down heavily on Ankit Gupta for not doing anything on the show and not taking any stand. The Bollywood superstar slammed Ankit for being “disinterested" in the show. Salman questioned his laidback attitude towards the show and being “irrelevant" throughout.
“Kya aapko kidnap kiya gaya? Kya aapko bola Gaya ki aakar paise mat lena? Aap ek comfort zone mein ho. Priyanka aapki friend hai. Priyanka ke liye aapne kab stand liya? (Did someone kidnap you to be a part of this show? Did someone refuse payment to you for the same? You are in a comfort zone. Priyanka is your friend, but you have never taken her stand. What is this attitude?" Salman asks Ankit. He goes on to say, “Humko aisa feeling kyon aa raha hai Ankit ki aapko yahan nahin rehna chahte? (Why does it feel like you do not want to be a part of this show?)"
Salman even called out Ankit for not taking his own friend Priyanka Chahar Choudhary’s stand and chilling with her enemies. “Stand up for yourself, man. I have full faith in you brother," Salman told Ankit.
This is not the first time that Salman Khan has lashed out at Ankit for being silent in the show. Earlier also Salman asked the Udaariyaan actor to interact with other housemates and to “bring energy". “Aap jo interaction kar rahe ho voh national TV par dikhane layak nahi hai (Your current interaction is not worthy enough to show on national television)," Salman had said.
