Jennifer Aniston had quite an eventful week filming for the season 4 of her Apple TV+ hit The Morning Show in New York City. The 55-year-old actress was recently spotted in Manhattan where she was captured looking emotional while attending a phone call. For the scene, the Friends star made a stylish appearance at the New York Library where she graced the red carpet-draped stairs in a black velvet gown that elegantly cinched her waist.
As per reports, during the shoot, Aniston’s character, Alex Levy, was seen descending the library steps while holding a phone. Her expression shifts dramatically from concern to shock and sadness. As the cameras rolled, she looked up at the sky, visibly struggling to hold tears, before sitting down on the steps to compose herself.

The Murder Mystery star’s emotional moment was captured just a day after filming yet another dramatic scene for the show in which she was doused with fake oil. On Sunday, Aniston was seen navigating through a simulated protest when an attendee threw a bucket of black liquid at her.
The incident left her visibly shaken and distressed as she tried to clean herself and protect her phone. Her outfit – a sleeveless white top paired with khaki flared trousers – suffered significant damage during the chaotic scene.

It was also reported that Jeremy Irons has joined the cast of The Morning Show. He will portray the role of Martin Levy, the father of Aniston’s character, Alex Levy. Irons is acclaimed for his performance in 1981’s The French Lieutenant’s Woman where he starred opposite Meryl Streep.
The Morning Show debuted on Apple TV+ on November 1, 2019. The show is inspired from Brian Stelter’s 2013 book Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV. Recently, the series has garnered several Emmy nominations, including for Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for its stars Witherspoon and Aniston.
