"I have to pinch myself to see if I’m dreaming," says Ranveer Singh, who is over the moon that he is on the January cover of the popular children’s magazine, Tinkle.

Stars appear on magazine covers all the time. But a real-life actor featuring on the cover with popular comic characters is a rarity. Well, Ranveer Singh is anything but usual, and so, Tinkle Comics have placed him alongside two of their most loved characters, Shikari Shambu and Suppandi, on their latest cover.

An excited Ranveer shared the cover on Instagram, saying that this is his childhood dream come true. Take a look.

The New Year has started with a bang for the 33-year-old actor Bollywood actor. His latest release Simmba has just crossed Rs 200 crore and his next movie Gully Boy has already started creating a lot buzz. The Tinkle cover is an added feather on his cap.

Directed by Rohit Shetty and also starring Sara Ali Khan, Simmba became Ranveer's biggest opener after Padmaavat. It has not only broken several records but has also become one of the highest grossing movies of 2018.

Ranveer's next release Gully Boy has been directed by Zoya Akhtar and features Alia Bhatt as the female lead. The musical drama is loosely based on the life of rappers Divine and Naezy and is slated to release on February 14. The last year ended on a high for Ranveer personally, as his six-year-long relationship with actress Deepika Padukone culminated in marriage in November in Italy's Lake Como.
