Rahul Raj Singh, accused of abetting Pratyusha Banerjee's suicide, has been booked by Amboli police station for allegedly molesting a 21-year-old model and getting into a scuffle with her producer friend outside a pub in Andheri.
According to police, Rahul was standing outside the pub with his friend when the other party reached the spot at around 12:30am on Tuesday. Police said that there was an old enmity between both the parties and that was the reason of the fight. According to police both the parties consisted of a girl and a boy respectively.
A case has been registered against Singh under sections 354 and 324 of IPC. Rahul has also registered a cross FIR on the other party in the case.
Rahul’s friend, meanwhile, has stated that it is actually she and Rahul who are the real victims. The former Miss India stated, “This person started asking me dirty questions and passing cheap remarks that's when Rahul intervened . After that when we were leaving this girl came forward and picked up a fight and refused to let us leave . When she was about to attack Rahul I intervened and this lady hit me with her heal."
