Mom-to-be Kishwer Merchant Visits a Throwback from January in Maldives

Soon-to-be parents Kishwer Merchant and Suyyash Rai are on cloud nine as they revel in their newfound happiness. It was just two days back that the much-in-love couple dropped the surprising news for fans via social media. The duo is expecting their first child together, due in August this year. Now, pregnant Kishwer has taken to her social media handle to add another adorable post. The actress, on Thursday, took to Instagram to share a throwback video of herself looking bright and radiant. In the video, she flaunts her baby bump for the first time. In the caption of the post, Kishwer mentioned that the video was taken in January of this year. Her bump is about 2 and a half months old in the clip. What’s most endearing in the video is an overjoyed Kishwer who cannot stop smiling as she caresses her baby bump.

The couple announced their first pregnancy in an adorable way on Tuesday. Kishwer shared a beautiful moment from the beach, where Suyyash is seen on his knees holding his ladylove’s hand. One can see August 2021 engraved on the sand and a pair of baby shoes placed near it. The sunset view in the backdrop makes the picture more breathtaking.

Kishwer, who turned 40 this year, feels her pregnancy is a birthday gift from God. Recently, she opened up on conceiving naturally at 40 while speaking to ETimes. Her and Suyyash’s family wanted this for a long time. However, it was unplanned. Back in December, she felt tired all the time and missed her periods. When she skipped her period in January again, she took the test and that is how she found out. Suyyash and Kishwer met on the sets of 2010 show Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani and started dating soon after. They tied the knot in December, 2016. The couple has participated together in Bigg Boss season 9.
