Jr NTR’s Devara is one of the most awaited films. While everyone is eagerly waiting for it, the actor has now announced that the film’s trailer will be out soon. On Saturday, Jr NTR took to his Instagram handle and shared a new poster of his upcoming movie. In the poster, the actor was seen dressed in black as he stood on a rock in the middle of a sea.
In the caption of his post, Jr NTR revealed that the Devara trailer will be out on September 10. “Wishing everyone a Happy Ganesh Chaturthi! DEVARA TRAILER ON SEPT 10TH,” he wrote. Check it out here:
Devara is set against the coastal lands and is helmed by Koratala Siva. The film also marks Jr NTR’s 30th film. Reportedly, the actor will be portraying both, father and son on screen in this film. Just a few days back, the actor shared another Devara poster which seemingly confirmed his double role in the movie. The poster featured Jr NTR’s double faces, which were giving out intense vibes.

Devara also stars Janhvi Kapoor and marks her debut in South films. It is also her first-ever collaboration with Jr NTR. Saif Ali Khan will also play a key role in Devara. The film will also feature Ramya Krishna. Besides this, several reports claim that actress Chaitra Rai will be joining the star cast. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this as of now.
Just like RRR, this Telugu movie will reportedly have high-octane action sequences that are expected to blow away the minds of the audience. As per reports, Devara is being made on a huge budget. The makers are reportedly spending a whopping Rs 140 crore on its VFX. The rumour mill is rife that the makers are also spending 33 per cent of the movie’s original budget on special effects.
Meanwhile, Jr NTR was at Tillu Square’s success event where he spoke about Devara and said, “Even if Devara is delayed by a few days, I guarantee you that Devara will be a film that will make all of you raise your collars in pride. We are working hard and will continue to work hard to deliver the best for our audience.”
Devara will hit theatres on September 27, 2024.
