From wearing a necklace with his name on it to attending weddings together, Shikar and Janhvi never shy away from flaunting their love. Amid this, the actress was recently asked to share her opinion on situationships – a modern dating trend – and if she has been in one.
Speaking to Mashable, Janhvi said, “It feels like a very retarded concept to me. It’s either you like someone and you commit to them because you want to be with them and you don’t want to share them or you are not interested in which case you don’t have time to lead them on into all of that rubbish. Mujhe yeh beech ka samaj mein nahi aata (I do not understand these middle segments).Jo bhi aap ladkiyo ko beech mein atkaya hein na, laat mar ke bahar nikalo (All the guys who leave you hanging, kick them and throw them out).”
During a recent chat with Hautterfly, Janhvi Kapoor also shared her insights on what she learned from experiencing heartbreak in a romantic relationship. She revealed that she had only gone through heartbreak once, but fortunately, the same individual returned and helped mend her heart, making the experience less impactful for her. She stated, “I have genuinely experienced heartbreak only one time in life, but the same person came back and put my heart together. So, it was all good.”
Janhvi Kapoor is staying very active in her career these days. Following the positive reception of her performance in Sharan Sharma’s Mr and Mrs Mahi, where she starred opposite Rajkummar Rao, she is now preparing for her upcoming project, Ulajh.
