Baahubali To Hanuman, 5 Most Profitable Telugu Films
The higher up a film is from its break even point, the higher is the return on investment or profit.

Telugu cinema is on a roll in recent times. With so many pan-India films like Pushpa: The Rise, RRR and the recent Kalki 2898 AD releasing in recent times, Telugu films have been minting money at the box office and making a lot of profit to the producers. At the same time, there are some movies that have grossed a lot at the box office but the profit margin is considerably less because of the high budget of the film. Profits are generally calculated as the difference between the total earning of a movie and the cost of making it. The budget of this movie was Rs 415 crore, the most expensive Indian movie made until that point. In the final run, the film earned a share of Rs 614 crore. DVV brought Danayya profits up to Rs160 crore for this movie.
