Dr Sonia Rawat, Director of Preventive Health and Wellness at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi, shared her insights with News18. Diabetes is a dangerous condition where blood sugar levels increase, requiring lifelong medication. Fatty liver can increase the risk of liver diseases.
