BTS Monuments Beyond The Star Episode 7: V Offers ARMY A Home Tour
In the house tour, BTS Army witnessed the full layout, starting from V’s living room to the kitchen and bedroom. He created the interior decor of his residence.

South Korean boyband BTS member Kim Taehyung, better known as V enlisted in the mandatory military service on December 11 last year. Despite taking a hiatus from his work commitments, fans aka the BTS Army have been treated to glimpses of him from the army camp. A picture featuring V, dressed in military uniform also made the singer’s fans excited. In fact, on the occasion of his birthday on December 30, elaborate celebrations were observed in prominent cities. Now, the BTS Army was offered another pleasant surprise when the latest episode of the group’s docu-series BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star showed V giving a tour of his lavish house to the viewers.

In the house tour, BTS Army witnessed the full layout, starting from V’s living room to the kitchen and bedroom. While walking us through the space and talking about his hobbies, V dropped a subtle comparison between his home, where he lives alone, and the cheerful dorm that he shares with the other BTS members. The Snow Flower singer revealed that although he likes to spend time alone, sometimes he gets bored of his own company, especially because he has no one to talk to. On his off days, V shared that he spends time either playing video games or listening to music on his record player.

During the house tour, V made another surprising revelation. According to the 28-year-old, he was the one who created the interior decor of his residence. “I did the interior design myself. I studied interior design for about 6 months,” he added. V showcased some of his favourite paintings hung on the wall along with many plushies and figures that match his vibe. “I came up with a design for some of these, drew them out, and asked someone to make them,” he said. Soft aesthetics in shades of white and brown were the main highlight of his house, giving a rustic and vintage feel. Needless to say, V’s home tour boasts luxury and grandeur.

The BTS Army was quick to react to V’s home tour on X (formerly Twitter). “Just saw this in episode 7. I’m thrilled to be a part of V’s home. Thank you, Army for all your support these last few years,” wrote one individual. Another dropped a picture collage of V and his house.

All the BTS members — V, SUGA, J-hope, Jimin, Jungkook, RM, and Jin are serving in the military. The septet is expected to reunite in 2025.
